Our vision is to revitalize how we interact with food and create a community where EVERY Philadelphian has access to fresh, nourishing, and affordable wholesome food that uplifts both people and the planet.

Philosophy

The name "Levon" comes from the founder's middle name, which resembles the French term "levain" describing the rise of bread with a sourdough culture. Just as sourdough requires patience, care, and a nurturing environment to reach its full potential, we believe in cultivating an environment where every community member can RISE to meet their aspirations. We aim to create a community that rises in strength and consciousness through good food.
